Mailchimp integration

Use Mailchimp to create or update approved newsletter contacts from form results.

1. Select Integrations > Mailchimp and connect the authorized account.
2. Choose the audience/list and map email plus only approved merge fields.
3. Test opt-in and duplicate-contact behaviour with safe data.
