Page Break

Use Page Break to split a long form into separate pages. It is a layout/navigation control, not a question field.

Example: split an application into reviewable steps

1. Finish the first group of questions, such as contact details, before inserting the break.
2. Select Fields > Other > Page Break, or use the page-break insertion control at the desired point in the form.
3. Confirm the fields before the break remain on the first page and the fields after it move to the next page.
4. Name the resulting pages clearly in the page settings, for example Contact details and Eligibility.
5. Add automatic navigation buttons or a Form Progress field as appropriate.
6. Preview from the first page: complete required fields, select Next, return with Previous, and submit from the final page.

Expected result

The form is split at the intended point, page navigation is understandable, and validation prevents a respondent from proceeding only according to the form’s configured rules.

Before publishing

• Do not create a page break inside a group whose fields must remain together.
• Test every condition, calculated value, and custom button that spans the page boundary.
• On a multi-page form, check mobile navigation as well as desktop navigation.
